1. Who are we?

Foxy Games is a gaming platform developed by Glenn Van den Heuvel, based in Belgium. Website: foxygames.be. Contact: via info@foxygames.be.

2. What data do we collect?

Foxy Games collects as little personal data as possible:

Without an account: No personal data. You choose a nickname and avatar — these are not stored after the session.
With Facebook Login (optional): Your public profile (name, profile picture) and friends list (only friends who also use Foxy Games). This is used solely for friend rankings in the game.
Technical data: IP address and session information for multiplayer functionality. These are not linked to your identity and are automatically deleted after the session.

3. How do we use your data?

Enable multiplayer game sessions
Show friend rankings (only with Facebook Login)
Technical operation of the website and games

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising or selling to third parties.

4. Facebook Login

If you choose to log in via Facebook, we request access to:

public_profile: Your name and profile picture, to identify you in the game.
user_friends: Your friends list (only friends who also use Foxy Games), to show rankings between friends.

You can revoke this permission at any time via your Facebook app settings.

5. Cookies

Foxy Games only uses strictly necessary cookies for session management (multiplayer). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties, except:

Facebook: Only if you choose to log in via Facebook. Facebook's own privacy policy applies to their service.
Deezer & Apple Music: Foxy Music uses the Deezer API and Apple Music API for music clips. No personal data is shared with these services.
Hosting: Combell (Belgium) hosts our servers. Data remains within the EU.

7. Retention period

Session data is automatically deleted after the game session ends. With Facebook Login, we retain your profile as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the European GDPR you have the right to:

Access your data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data
Restrict processing
Data portability
Object to processing

9. Children

Foxy Games includes a Kids mode and is suitable for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Facebook Login is not available for children.

10. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at Foxy Games at any time:

Remove Facebook connection: Go to your Facebook app settings and remove Foxy Games.
Delete all data: Send a request via info@foxygames.be with your Facebook name or email. We will delete all your data (profile, scores, progress) within 30 days.
In the app: Go to Settings → "Reset all progress" to immediately clear your local progress.

After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.

11. Changes

We may update this privacy policy. Changes will be published on this page with a new date.
